Individual Income Tax Returns - Local Clients (near Danville VA)
The firm's individual income tax services encompass federal and all states. The majority of the firm's tax return preparation clients experience its trademark "systematic interviews to minimize taxes" by visiting for an in-person interview. They then visit in 1-3 days to review and pickup their ready-to-file returns. We also offer income tax return preparation service for out-of-towners and out-of-staters (see Income Tax Returns - Long-distance Clients just below).
Individual Income Tax Returns - Long-distance Clients (Nationwide)
An ever-growing portion of the firm's clientele is out-of-towners and out-of-staters whose returns are prepared without face-to-face interviews. These clients mail us a package of their tax documents and tax-related information and we phone them within 24 hours of receipt for a "systematic interview" by phone. Any additional information needed is then pulled together by phone, mail, email, fax, or secure portal. Ready-to-file returns are mailed to them 1-3 days after all needed information is received. Amended Individual Income Tax Returns (No Matter Who Prepared Originals)
For taxpayers who believe that their original returns need to be corrected to include something which was not included but should have been, to exclude something that was included but should not have been, or to correct something that was reported but not reported properly, we review your returns and the issues involved, then prepare returns to correct your original returns.
Payroll Tax Services (for Virginia Employers)
We have found over the years that many small employers prefer to prepare their paychecks in-house, but have an outside party monitor their payroll tax requirements and furnish everything needed as needed. We specialize in providing this service. You just complete and send us at the end of each month (by mail, fax, or secure portal) a simple Pay Period Data Form. Then we automatically send you, as you need them, tax deposit information, ready-to-file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns, and W-2's. The service runs like clockwork year-round, year after year.
